CERTIFICATE REQUEST
To request a certificate from a previously attended seminar please proceed to check-out.
In the notes section of check-out please list the date and name of EACH seminar for which you require a new certificate.
NOTE: If you require more than (1) certificate please be sure to change the quantity at check-out to reflect the correct
amount of certificates required.
Your certificates will be emailed to you within 5 business days. Please be sure to provide a correct email address and to check your spam/junk box if you do not receive your new certificate within 5 business days.
